At 20 mM, 2'-Deoxy-5'-O-DMT-2'-fluorouridine gives 100% inhibition of YFV. 2'-Deoxy-5'-O-DMT-2'-fluorouridine is also noncytotoxic at concentrations up to 20 mM[1].
