Store at −20°C; stable for up to 3 months at 4°C with the customized stabilizers included in the formulation. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The pre-mixed format eliminates the need for separate enzyme and buffer storage.

No. The formulation contains pre-loaded bromophenol blue dye, enabling direct loading of PCR products onto agarose gels without adding additional loading buffer. This simplifies workflow and reduces contamination risk.

This mix uses Taq DNA Polymerase, which generates PCR products with 3′-dA overhangs (A-tailed ends). These products are directly compatible with TA cloning vectors and T-vector systems. They are not suitable for blunt-end cloning without additional polishing.

The Hieff™ Taq DNA Polymerase in this mix has a half-life of greater than 40 minutes at 95°C, enabling extended PCR protocols and high-cycle-number amplification without significant loss of activity.

Yes. The ready-to-use 2× format simplifies liquid handling by requiring only the addition of template and primers, making it well suited for 96-well and 384-well high-throughput PCR formats and robotic dispensing systems.
