Compound Overview

AGK7 is a potent inhibitor of sirtuin 2 (SIRT2) that rescues alpha-synuclein toxicity and modifies inclusion morphology in a cellular model of Parkinson's disease. It also protects against dopaminergic cell death both in vitro and in a Drosophila model of Parkinson's disease[1]. It has the molecular formula C23H13Cl2N3O2 and a molecular weight of 434.27 g/mol.
