Compound Overview
AMPK-α1β1γ1 activator 1 (M1) is an acyl glucuronide metabolite of an indole-3-carboxylic acid-based AMPK activator. It can selectively activate the human β1 isoform with an EC50 of 38.1 nM and can bind directly to the human AMPK α1β1γ1 isoform, and can be used in diabetic nephropathy research[1]. It has the molecular formula C25H24ClNO9 and a molecular weight of 517.91 g/mol.
