Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CD244 molecule in rat samples and is validated for Western blot and ELISA.
CD244, also known as 2B4, is a SLAM family receptor expressed on NK cells, some CD8+ T cells and myeloid cells. It binds CD48 and can deliver activating or inhibitory signals depending on the adaptor proteins present, so it is studied in NK-cell cytotoxicity and T-cell exhaustion.
