The predicted molecular weight is 46.8 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 52 kDa.
Angio-associated migratory cell protein (AAMP) is a WD-repeat protein expressed in endothelial and other cells. It supports angiogenesis and cell migration, and in smooth muscle cells it may act through RhoA signaling, so it is studied in vascular biology.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and rat. UniProt places angio-associated migratory cell protein in the cell membrane and cytoplasm. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Expressed in metastatic melanoma, liver, skin, kidney, heart, lung, lymph node, skeletal muscle and brain, and also in A2058 melanoma cells and activated T-cells (at protein level). The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
