Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes ATP-binding cassette sub-family E member 1 (gene ABCE1) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
ABCE1 is a highly conserved ATPase that recycles ribosomes by splitting them into large and small subunits after translation ends or when ribosomes stall. It also takes part in translation initiation and is essential for cell viability, so it is studied in protein synthesis and quality control.
