Product Overview
Clone AOOD-1 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes tyrosine-protein kinase ABL2 in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and flow cytometry. The predicted molecular weight is 128.3 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 128 kDa.
ABL2 (Arg) is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase closely related to ABL1. It phosphorylates cytoskeletal regulators such as cortactin to control actin remodeling, cell motility, adhesion and receptor endocytosis, and it is studied in neuronal development and cancer cell invasion.
