Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets active breakpoint cluster region-related protein (gene ABR) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
Active BCR-related protein (ABR) is a regulator of Rho family GTPases with two opposing activities. Its GTPase-activating domain switches off RAC1, RAC2 and CDC42, while its Dbl homology domain can act as a nucleotide exchange factor, and it is studied in immune cell and neuronal signaling.
