Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets protein Daple (gene ccdc88c) in african clawed frog samples.
In Xenopus laevis, Daple (ccdc88c) is a coiled-coil protein that binds Dishevelled and regulates Wnt signaling. It has been reported to enhance canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling and to activate JNK in the planar cell polarity pathway, and it can also activate Gαi proteins, making it a model for studying Wnt signaling in development.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with african clawed frog. UniProt places protein Daple in the cytoplasm and cell junction. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (Xenopus laevis): Expressed weakly in gastrulae, with slightly stronger expression in the dorsal region.
