Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 6 (gene ARHGEF6) in human and mouse samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and ELISA.
Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 6 (ARHGEF6, also called αPIX or Cool-2) activates the small GTPase Rac1. It localizes to focal adhesions through binding partners such as PAK and GIT proteins, and it is studied in cell spreading, migration and neuronal development.
