Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 7 (gene ARHGEF7) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 7 (ARHGEF7, also called βPIX) activates Rac1 and CDC42 and forms complexes with PAK kinases and GIT proteins. It promotes membrane ruffling and focal adhesion turnover, and it is studied in cell migration, spreading and synapse formation.
