Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects AT-rich interactive domain-containing protein 3A (gene ARID3A) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, flow cytometry and immunoprecipitation.
ARID3A (also called Bright or DRIL1) is a transcription factor of the AT-rich interaction domain family. It binds AT-rich DNA elements to regulate gene expression and is studied in B-cell differentiation, immunoglobulin gene transcription and cell cycle control.

Immunogen
Synthetic peptide from the N-terminal region of human ARID3A. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 95.8%.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places AT-rich interactive domain-containing protein 3A in the nucleus and cytoplasm. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Widely expressed, with highest expression in skeletal muscle, thalamus, and colon.
