Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 2 (gene ARL2) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF and flow cytometry.
ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 2 (ARL2) is a small GTPase with roles in microtubule biology and mitochondria. Together with tubulin-folding cofactors it supports the assembly of α/β-tubulin dimers, and it also acts in mitochondrial function and in releasing lipidated cargo from carrier proteins.
