Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 3 (gene ARL3) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF and flow cytometry.
ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 3 (ARL3) is a small GTPase that functions in primary cilia and photoreceptors. In its active form it releases lipidated proteins from carrier proteins such as PDE6D and UNC119, helping deliver them into the cilium, and it is studied in ciliary trafficking and retinal biology.

Immunogen
Synthetic peptide from the C-terminal region of human ARL3. The peptide sequence is conserved in mouse and rat.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and rat. UniProt places ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 3 in the Golgi apparatus membrane, cytoplasm and nucleus. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Expressed in the retina.
