Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects arpin in human samples and is validated for Western blot and flow cytometry.
Arpin is an inhibitor of the Arp2/3 complex that competes with nucleation-promoting factors to limit branched actin assembly. Activated downstream of Rac signaling at the lamellipodium tip, it controls how persistently a cell keeps moving in one direction, making it a subject of cell migration research.

Immunogen
Synthetic peptide from the middle region of human ARPIN. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 81.8%.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places arpin in the cell projection.
