Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes ubiquitin-like-conjugating enzyme ATG10 in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF and flow cytometry.
ATG10 is an E2-like conjugating enzyme in the autophagy pathway. After ATG7 activates the ubiquitin-like protein ATG12, ATG10 transfers it to ATG5, forming the ATG12-ATG5 conjugate that is required for autophagosome formation.

Conditions in the example images (IHC): heat-mediated antigen retrieval in EDTA buffer (pH 8.0).
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide from the C-terminal region of human ATG10. Sequence identity with the mouse ortholog: 95.7%.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places ubiquitin-like-conjugating enzyme ATG10 in the cytoplasm.
