Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets sodium/potassium-transporting ATPase subunit alpha-3 (gene ATP1A3) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC and ELISA.
ATP1A3 is the neuron-specific α3 catalytic subunit of the Na+/K+-ATPase. It helps restore ion gradients after intense neuronal firing, and mutations in ATP1A3 cause several neurological disorders, including rapid-onset dystonia-parkinsonism and alternating hemiplegia of childhood.

| ELISA | 0.1–0.5 µg/mL |
Conditions in the example images (IHC): heat-mediated antigen retrieval in EDTA buffer (pH 8.0).
Immunogen
Recombinant human ATP1A3 fragment (Asp24–Asp583), expressed in E. coli. Sequence identity with the mouse and rat orthologs: 99.8%.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and rat. UniProt places sodium/potassium-transporting ATPase subunit alpha-3 in the cell membrane.
