Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes msx1 protein in axolotl samples.
In the axolotl (Ambystoma mexicanum), Msx1 is a homeodomain transcription factor of the muscle segment homeobox family. Msx genes are expressed in developing limbs and other tissues, and in the axolotl Msx1 is studied as a marker of the blastema that forms during limb regeneration.
