Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets breast cancer antiestrogen resistance 4 protein (gene BCAR4) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and flow cytometry.
BCAR4 was identified in screens for genes that confer antiestrogen resistance to breast cancer cells. It is often described as a long noncoding RNA, and whether it produces a functional protein is uncertain; its role has not been fully characterized.
