Product Overview
Clone 19B45 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 10 (gene BCL10) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF and immunoprecipitation. The predicted molecular weight is 26.3 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 28 kDa.
BCL10 is an adaptor protein that assembles with CARD11 (CARMA1) and MALT1 to form the CBM complex after antigen receptor engagement in lymphocytes. This complex activates NF-κB and is essential for lymphocyte activation, and related CARD-containing partners use BCL10 in innate immune signaling. BCL10 alterations occur in some MALT lymphomas.
