Boster Bio Anti-C1QBP Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody catalog # M01439-1. Tested in WB, IHC applications. This antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat.
Protein: Glycogen synthase kinase-3 beta (gsk3b) | Gene: Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 1B | Target: C1QBP | Function: Receptor with high affinity for TNFSF2/TNF-alpha and approximately 5-fold lower affinity for homotrimeric TNFSF1/lymphotoxin-alpha. The TRAF1/TRAF2 complex recruits the apoptotic suppressors BIRC2 and BIRC3 to TNFRSF1B/TNFR2. This receptor mediates most of the metabolic effects of TNF-alpha. Isoform 2 blocks TNF-alpha-induced apoptosis, which suggests that it regulates TNF-alpha function by antagonizing its biological activity. . | Research areas: Apoptosis,Associated Proteins,Cancer,Cell Biology,Cell Death,Growth Factors/Hormones,Receptors,Signal Transduction
Host: Rabbit | Clonality/Clone: Monoclonal / Clone: 27C44 | Isotype: IgG | Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat | Immunogen: A synthesized peptide derived from human C1QBP | Concentration: 0.5mg/ml | Purification: Affinity-chromatography
Applications: WB, IHC
Observed MW: 33 kDa | Calculated MW: 48291 MW
Cellular localization: Isoform 1: Cell membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein.
Tissue details: Detected in the basal layer, lowered within the more apically located layers specifically in the stratum spinosum, stratum granulosum but is not detected in stratum corneum. Strongly expressed in the outer root sheath of anagen follicles but not in the germinative matrix, inner root sheath or hair. Found in keratinocytes surrounding the club hair during telogen. .
Status: Active
