Product Overview
Clone 28C85 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes cadherin-10 (gene CDH10) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot. The predicted molecular weight is 88.5 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 140 kDa.
Cadherin-10 (CDH10) is a type II classical cadherin that mediates calcium-dependent, homophilic cell–cell adhesion. It is expressed mainly in the brain, where it is thought to take part in neural development and synapse organization.
