Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects motility protein B (gene motB) in Campylobacter pylori samples.
In Helicobacter pylori, MotB is a membrane protein that, together with MotA, forms the stator of the flagellar motor. The MotA-MotB stator is anchored to the cell wall and generates the torque that drives flagellar rotation, so it is studied in bacterial motility and H. pylori colonization of the stomach.
