Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes caspase-10 (gene CASP10) in human samples and is validated for Western blot and flow cytometry. The predicted molecular weight is 59.0 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 57 kDa.
Caspase-10 is an initiator caspase closely related to caspase-8 that is present in humans but not in mice. It is recruited through FADD to death receptors such as Fas and TNFR1 and can cleave downstream effector caspases, contributing to extrinsic apoptosis. Mutations in CASP10 are linked to autoimmune lymphoproliferative syndrome.

Validated Applications
| Western blot | 0.1–0.5 µg/mL (Human) |
|---|---|
| Flow cytometry (fixed cells) | 1–3 µg/1×106 cells (Human) |
Samples with a confirmed band (WB): COLO320 cells, HeLa cells, SW620 cells, RAJI cells.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide from the N-terminal region of human CASP10.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Detectable in most tissues. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
