Product Overview
Clone 24C85 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes C-C motif chemokine 21 (gene CCL21) in human samples and is validated for Western blot. The predicted molecular weight is 14.6 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 15 kDa.
CCL21 (also called SLC or 6Ckine) is a C-C chemokine produced in lymphatic vessels and lymph node T-cell zones. It binds CCR7 and guides naive T cells and mature dendritic cells into lymph nodes, and it also binds the atypical receptor ACKR4. Its extended, positively charged C-terminal tail anchors it to extracellular matrix.
