Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects C-C chemokine receptor type 6 (gene CCR6) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for IHC. The predicted molecular weight is 42.5 kDa.
CCR6 is a G protein-coupled receptor whose main chemokine ligand is CCL20. It is expressed on immature dendritic cells, B cells, Th17 cells and some regulatory T cells, guiding them to epithelial and mucosal sites, and it can also respond to β-defensins; it is studied in mucosal immunity and autoimmune inflammation.

Conditions in the example images (IHC): heat-mediated antigen retrieval in EDTA buffer (pH 8.0).
