Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets C-C chemokine receptor type 7 (gene CCR7) in human samples and is validated for IHC, flow cytometry and ELISA. The predicted molecular weight is 42.9 kDa.
CCR7 is a G protein-coupled receptor for the chemokines CCL19 and CCL21. It directs naive T cells, B cells and mature dendritic cells into lymph nodes and other secondary lymphoid organs, so it is a key marker of naive and central memory T cells and a focus of lymphocyte trafficking research.

Samples with confirmed staining (IHC): human lymphoma tissue.
Recommended antigen retrieval: heat-mediated, in TE buffer (pH 9.0); citrate buffer (pH 6.0) can be used instead.
Conditions in the example images (IHC): heat-mediated antigen retrieval in EDTA buffer (pH 8.0).
Samples with a confirmed signal (flow cytometry): U2OS cells.

Recombinant human CCR7 fragment (Lys332–Glu371), expressed in E. coli.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places C-C chemokine receptor type 7 in the cell membrane. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Expressed in various lymphoid tissues and activated B- and T-lymphocytes, strongly up-regulated in B-cells infected with Epstein-Barr virus and T-cells infected with herpesvirus 6 or 7.
