Product Overview
Clone AEHA-20 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 4 (gene TNFRSF4) in human samples and is validated for Western blot and flow cytometry. The predicted molecular weight is 29.3 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 45 kDa.
OX40 (TNFRSF4, CD134) is a costimulatory receptor expressed on activated T cells that binds OX40 ligand (TNFSF4). Its signals support T-cell survival, expansion and the formation of long-lived memory, so OX40 is widely studied in adaptive immunity, autoimmunity and cancer immunotherapy research. It also serves as an entry receptor for human herpesvirus 6B.

|---|---|
| Flow cytometry | 1:50 |
Samples with a confirmed band (WB): human fetal spleen.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide based on the sequence of human CD134 Receptor for TNFSF4/OX40L/GP34.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 4 in the membrane. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
