Product Overview
Clone AEHF-19 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes P-selectin glycoprotein ligand 1 (gene SELPLG) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF and immunoprecipitation. The predicted molecular weight is 43.2 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 120 kDa.
P-selectin glycoprotein ligand-1 (PSGL-1, SELPLG) is a mucin-like glycoprotein on leukocytes that binds P-, E- and L-selectin. These calcium-dependent interactions capture leukocytes from the bloodstream and start their rolling along inflamed vessels, and PSGL-1 also acts as a receptor for enterovirus 71.
