Product Overview
Clone AOEB-3 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes B-lymphocyte antigen CD19 in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and flow cytometry. The predicted molecular weight is 61.1 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 95 kDa.
CD19 is a B-cell co-receptor that forms a complex with CD21 and CD81 and lowers the threshold for B-cell receptor signaling. It is expressed from early B-cell development until plasma cell differentiation, making it the standard pan-B-cell marker and a well-known target of CAR T-cell therapy research.

Immunogen
Synthetic peptide based on the sequence of human CD19.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and rat. UniProt places B-lymphocyte antigen CD19 in the cell membrane and membrane raft. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Detected on marginal zone and germinal center B cells in lymph nodes.
