Product Overview
Clone AIA-13 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes B-lymphocyte antigen CD20 (gene MS4A1) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC and flow cytometry. The predicted molecular weight is 33.1 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 25–40 kDa.
CD20 (MS4A1) is a membrane protein with four transmembrane domains expressed on B cells from the pre-B stage until plasma cell differentiation. It is thought to help regulate calcium entry after B-cell receptor activation, and it is the most widely used pan-B-cell marker and the target of anti-CD20 antibodies such as rituximab.
