Product Overview
Clone ABGB-3 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes CD276 antigen in human and mouse samples and is validated for Western blot, immunoprecipitation and flow cytometry. The predicted molecular weight is 57.2 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 100 kDa.
B7-H3 (CD276) is a B7 family immune checkpoint molecule whose receptor has not been definitively identified. It is expressed at low levels in normal tissues but is overexpressed in many solid tumors, and it is studied for its effects on T-cell and NK-cell responses and as a tumor-associated antigen.

Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human and mouse. UniProt places CD276 antigen in the membrane. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Ubiquitous but not detectable in peripheral blood lymphocytes or granulocytes. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
