Product Overview
Clone 17E43 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 1 (gene ENTPD1) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC. The predicted molecular weight is 58.0 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 70 kDa.
ENTPD1 (CD39) is a cell-surface enzyme that removes phosphates from extracellular ATP and ADP to yield AMP, which CD73 then converts to adenosine. By shifting the balance from pro-inflammatory ATP to immunosuppressive adenosine, CD39 shapes immune, vascular and platelet responses, and it is widely studied on regulatory T cells and in tumor immunology.
