Product Overview
Clone ADIG-3 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes T-cell antigen CD7 in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF and immunoprecipitation. The predicted molecular weight is 25.4 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 37 kDa.
CD7 is an immunoglobulin superfamily transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on T cells, NK cells and their precursors. It provides co-stimulatory signals in T-cell activation, and as one of the earliest T-lineage markers it is studied in T-cell development and T-cell leukemia.
