Product Overview
Clone ABOA-14 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes 5'-nucleotidase (gene NT5E) in human samples and is validated for Western blot and IHC. The predicted molecular weight is 63.4 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 70 kDa.
CD73 (NT5E, ecto-5′-nucleotidase) is a GPI-anchored enzyme on the outer surface of many cell types that converts extracellular AMP into adenosine and phosphate. The adenosine it generates signals through adenosine receptors to dampen inflammation and T-cell activity, so CD73 is widely studied in tumor immunology, vascular biology and purinergic signaling.

Immunogen
Synthetic peptide based on the sequence of human CD73.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places 5'-nucleotidase in the cell membrane. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
