Product Overview
Clone AODD-3 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes CD99 antigen in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF, immunoprecipitation and flow cytometry. The predicted molecular weight is 18.8 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 28 kDa.
CD99 is a heavily O-glycosylated transmembrane protein expressed on leukocytes, endothelial cells and many other cell types. It supports homotypic cell adhesion and a late step of leukocyte transendothelial migration, and it is a well-known immunohistochemical marker for Ewing sarcoma.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): HUVEC cells.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide based on the sequence of human CD99.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places CD99 antigen in the membrane. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
