Product Overview
Clone HIH-3 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes M-phase inducer phosphatase 2 (gene CDC25B) in human samples and is validated for Western blot and immunoprecipitation. The predicted molecular weight is 65.0 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 64 kDa.
CDC25B is a dual-specificity phosphatase that removes inhibitory phosphates from CDK1 and other CDKs to promote entry into mitosis. It acts early in the G2/M transition, is a target of checkpoint kinases after DNA damage, and is frequently overexpressed in tumors.
