Product Overview
Clone HIG-3 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes M-phase inducer phosphatase 3 (gene CDC25C) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF, immunoprecipitation and flow cytometry. The predicted molecular weight is 53.4 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 53 kDa.
CDC25C is a dual-specificity phosphatase that activates the CDK1–cyclin B complex by removing inhibitory phosphates, triggering entry into mitosis. It is held inactive by checkpoint kinases after DNA damage, which makes it a key node linking the G2/M checkpoint to cell cycle progression.

Conditions in the example images (WB): 10% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, 30 µg lysate per lane, transfer to nitrocellulose membrane, blocking in 5% non-fat milk, primary antibody at 1:500 overnight at 4 °C, HRP-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:5000, ECL detection.
Conditions in the example images (IHC): heat-mediated antigen retrieval in EDTA buffer (pH 8.0).
