Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets cyclin-dependent kinase 4 inhibitor C (gene CDKN2C) in human samples and is validated for Western blot.
p18INK4c (CDKN2C) is a member of the INK4 family of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors. It binds CDK6 and, less strongly, CDK4, blocking RB1 phosphorylation and slowing G1 progression, and it is studied in the control of cell proliferation and differentiation.
