Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets cell adhesion molecule CEACAM1 in mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
CEACAM1 (CD66a) is an immunoglobulin-superfamily adhesion molecule of the carcinoembryonic antigen family, found on epithelial, endothelial and immune cells. Besides mediating cell-cell adhesion, it acts as an inhibitory receptor in T cells and other immune cells and influences insulin clearance and angiogenesis, making it a subject of immunology and cancer research.
