Product Overview
Clone 19V22 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes vesicle-associated membrane protein 3 (gene VAMP3) in human samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, immunoprecipitation and flow cytometry. The predicted molecular weight is 11.3 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 11 kDa.
VAMP3 (cellubrevin) is a widely expressed vesicle SNARE protein. It supports membrane fusion in recycling endosome traffic and in transport from late endosomes to the trans-Golgi network, and it also contributes to regulated secretion in some cell types. It is studied in membrane trafficking.
