Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes ATP-dependent chromatin remodeler CHD4 in human samples and is validated for Western blot and flow cytometry.
CHD4 (Mi-2β) is an ATP-dependent chromatin remodeler and the main catalytic subunit of the NuRD complex, which couples nucleosome remodeling with histone deacetylation. It represses gene expression during development and is recruited to DNA damage sites to support repair, so it is studied in chromatin biology, development and cancer.

Immunogen
Synthetic peptide from the N-terminal region of human CHD4. The peptide sequence is conserved in mouse.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human. UniProt places ATP-dependent chromatin remodeler CHD4 in the nucleus. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Widely expressed.
