Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets clathrin light chain B (gene CLTB) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC and flow cytometry.
Clathrin light chain B (CLTB) is a clathrin light chain that associates with the heavy chain in the three-legged clathrin triskelion. Clathrin forms the lattice coat of coated pits and vesicles, and CLTB is studied in receptor-mediated endocytosis and membrane trafficking, including tissue-specific differences between the two light chains.
