Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody detects protein cereblon (gene CRBN) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
Cereblon (CRBN) is the substrate receptor of the CRL4CRBN E3 ubiquitin ligase, built with DDB1 and CUL4. Thalidomide, lenalidomide and pomalidomide bind cereblon and redirect it to degrade proteins such as IKZF1, IKZF3 and CK1α, so it is central to targeted protein degradation and PROTAC research.
