Product Overview
Clone 23D20 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes dihydropyrimidinase-related protein 5 (gene DPYSL5) in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC and immunoprecipitation. The predicted molecular weight is 61.4 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 61 kDa.
CRMP5 (DPYSL5) is a collapsin response mediator protein found mainly in the developing brain. It acts as a negative regulator of dendrite outgrowth and is studied alongside other CRMP family members in neuronal development.

Immunogen
Synthetic peptide based on the sequence of human CRMP5.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human, mouse and rat. UniProt places dihydropyrimidinase-related protein 5 in the cytoplasm. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
