Boster Bio Anti-CXXC5 Antibody Picoband® catalog # A06865-1. Tested in WB, IHC, Flow Cytometry applications. This antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat. The brand Picoband indicates this is a premium antibody that guarantees superior quality, high affinity, and strong signals with minimal background in Western blot applications. Only our best-performing antibodies are designated as Picoband, ensuring unmatched performance.
Scientific background: The protein encoded by this gene is a retinoid-inducible nuclear protein containing a CXXC-type zinc finger motif. The encoded protein is involved in myelopoiesis, is required for DNA damage-induced p53 activation, regulates the differentiation of C2C12 myoblasts into myocytes, and negatively regulates cutaneous wound healing. Several transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene.
Cross reactivity: No cross-reactivity with other proteins
