Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets cytochrome P450 4F2 (gene CYP4F2) in human samples and is validated for Western blot.
CYP4F2 is a cytochrome P450 enzyme in the liver and kidney that omega-hydroxylates long-chain fatty acids, leukotriene B4 and arachidonic acid, forming 20-HETE. It also breaks down vitamin E and vitamin K, and a common variant influences warfarin dose. It is studied in eicosanoid biology, vitamin metabolism and pharmacogenetics.
