Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets mitochondrial import inner membrane translocase subunit TIM23 (gene timm23a) in zebrafish samples and is validated for Western blot and ICC/IF.
In zebrafish, timm23a encodes a TIM23-like subunit of the mitochondrial inner membrane translocase. By similarity to its mammalian counterpart, the TIM23 complex imports presequence-containing proteins across the inner membrane into the matrix. It is studied in mitochondrial protein import and development.
