Product Overview
Clone 19A90 is a rabbit monoclonal antibody that recognizes atypical chemokine receptor 1 (gene ACKR1) in human and mouse samples and is validated for Western blot, IHC, ICC/IF, immunoprecipitation and flow cytometry. The predicted molecular weight is 35.6 kDa, and the supplier reports an observed band at about 45 kDa.
Atypical chemokine receptor 1 (ACKR1, DARC, Duffy antigen) binds many inflammatory chemokines without triggering classical G protein signaling. On red cells and venular endothelium it buffers and transports chemokines, and it is the receptor used by Plasmodium vivax to invade red blood cells.

Samples with a confirmed band (WB): human fetal liver.
Recommended loading (WB): 20–40 µg of total protein per lane.
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide based on the sequence of human DARC.
Reactivity Notes
The supplier lists reactivity with human and mouse. UniProt places atypical chemokine receptor 1 in the early endosome, recycling endosome and membrane. Tissue expression noted by UniProt (human): Found in adult kidney, adult spleen, bone marrow and fetal liver. The samples tested by the supplier (listed above) are a practical starting point for positive controls.
